A Laid Back Approach To Weight Loss

Hey there! My name is Kayla Cox and I’ve lost over 80 pounds with intermittent fasting (OMAD specifically) and walking 6 miles every day. I started this website and my YouTube channel with the hope that my story would encourage other people in their weight loss journey. I found that being laid back in my approach to weight loss this go-round helped the changes to stick, and my content here and on YouTube reflects that mindset. My personal goal: slow and steady weight loss that feels easy, and that I can maintain for a lifetime. I shun diet dogma in favor of finding the plan that works well with your life and your situation.
